  1. Sore throat

Make a mix of lemon juice (from one lemon), some salt and black pepper. Gargle the solution every day to relieve the pain. You can use apple cider vinegar as a substitute for the mixture.

Mix equal amounts of black pepper, cinnamon, cumin and cardamom seeds. Grind the mixture to a powder and inhale it to open the nose ducts and unclog the blocked nose.

An effective remedy for gallstones is a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil. This mixture also works against sore throat, canker sores and tonsillitis.

Add some lemon juice in your hot cup of tea with honey in order to fight these conditions. A mixture of lemon juice, salt and pepper will help you relieve coughs, and you can stop nose bleeds by applying a cotton ball soaked in lemon juice in the nostril.
