The weather is warming, the feet may get an unpleasant odor due to increased humidity. The reason for this phenomenon is unsuitable shoes and socks, frequent sweating of the feet, and bacteria.

Some people have a higher propensity for development of bacteria on the feet skin because they sweat more. Shoes should always keep clean, sports shoes should be washed regularly and the socks need to change – Daily !!!

Sweating is a natural mechanism for thermoregulation of the body. The feet and hands, unlike other parts of the body, can sweat and to the emotional base as the physical response to stress, anxiety, fear or pain.

The feet have more sweat glands, unlike the armpits. When the feet are captured in the shoes all day, bacteria and dead skin cells bind to the sweat and produce an unpleasant odor.

  – The feet must breathe: 

The most common cause of stinking feet is moisture. Wear one pair of socks with you if you have this problem, so put on the new pair when you have a chance.

   – Wash your feet every day:

Feet should be washed at least once a day with antibacterial soap.

  – Soak your feet in apple cider vinegar:

Soap and water are great fighters with bacteria. However after washing the feet, try the following trick under number 13 in the video below:

Mix one cup of apple cider vinegar with 4 cups water and feet hold in the bath for 15 to 30 minutes once or twice a day and get rid of the stinking feet forever.

  – Make fооt scrub:

It is best to use a combination of ginger powder and lemon juice. Do feet massage, three times a week.

–  Eliminate moisture:

  – Dry your shoes:

– Consult the doctor:

If none of this helps, seek help from a dermatologist. If your feet are sweating too much, then the doctor can give you medication or recommend treatment with Botox which will reduce sweating to a minimum.
